SHIPPING POLICY

The following is our Shipping policy pertaining to all our orders

  • Product will be shipped with in 24 hrs. Orders received on Saturday will be shipped only on Monday. During Festival season and Sale time there will be slight delay in shipping.

  • All our products are shipped at 4PM every day. All orders after 3.30PM on a particular day will be shipped the next day.

  • We have partnered with various 3rd party courier services to ship the product to you. We are currently working with Delhivery, India Post. Door to door delivery of products will depend on the service area of the above mentioned partners.

  • In cases of non-availability of door delivery, you might have to collect the product from the nearest deliverable area. The courier partner will get in touch with you regarding the same.

  • The delivery of the product is depended on the delivery capacity of our third party partner. We will not be held responsible for any delays from their side.

  • In case you want to choose the courier option (in cases where any of the above mentioned Courier Company is not available at your location) call  our customer service (+91 9867527444) with your order ID right after you place your order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

The following are the returns and refund policy of Old School Customs.

  • Returns are not accepted during Sale Period.

  • In case of refund,The amount will be processed within 10 Working Days to customers bank account. The transaction charges will be deducted and pending amount will be transferred.

  • Some products cannot be returned and such products will be mentioned in the product page itself.

  • Damaged or defective products should be returned in the condition they came in and should include all accessories with it.

  • All products are quality checked before dispatching by Old School Customs and thus we ensure all of them are in working condition.

  • In order to return a product one should fill out the return form. Upon submitting it, provided the return request is accepted you will receive an email in which you will get a walk through on how to return the product.

  • All returns should only be processed through the return form (link to returns form). All other returns not obeying the above will in no case be entertained.

  • We have three return policies.

      • Replacement only
      • Refund only

      • Refund or replacement

  • All return request forms should be filed within 24 hours of the delivery of the product. Any request preceding that will not qualify for replacement or refund.

  • You should inspect the product as and when received and should submit a return request within the above given stipulated time window given.

  • We will refund you any shipping charges either as cash or as Old School Customs credit depending on the amount. For the same you will be required to submit the proof of payment to the courier. The shipping cost will only be refunded in case of faulty or damaged product.

  • Following are the scope of returns/refunds of all products. All our returns/refunds will be bound by the following:

  1. If a product is found faulty or have a manufacturing defect, or a wrong product is send to you, we will replace the product as fast as possible to our best of capabilities.

  2. A full refund of the amount of that product will be initiated only if the replacement of the same product is not available in stock with us.

  3. In all other cases we will be replacing the product

  4. If there are any changes to this rule, the same will be mentioned in the description of the product.

  5. Regarding the refund of the shipping charge that you incur while shipping the product back to us, we can only refund the amount it cost us to ship the product to you.

  6. Products bought during any sale or discount offers cannot be refunded or replaced
